Caltra Waterproof Membrane is a sealing strip featuring fleece lamination on both sides. It functions effectively as a vapour barrier and bonds well with tile adhesives, sealing slurries, liquid membranes, and reaction resins. Designed for ease of use, it’s especially ideal for fast sealing applications. The membrane is resistant to both weathering and alkaline conditions. It can be applied to a wide range of stable substrates, including heated and unheated screeds, concrete and brickwork, porous concrete, plasters from mortar categories II, III and IV, and plasterboard and gypsum fibreboard.

PU360 Moisture Suppressant

Low-emission polyurethane primer – a one-component fast-drying polyurethane primer designed for priming substrates before the application of polyurethane and hybrid parquet adhesives. It can also be used as a means to isolate residual moisture in substrates. Quick-drying and odourless, this PU360 Moisture Suppressant contains no solvents or water, binds dust and facilitates the application of parquet adhesives. Ideal for priming of absorbent and less absorbent substrates commonly found in construction prior to application of polyurethane (PU) and hybrid parquet adhesives. When applied twice, it provides a moisture barrier on cement and concrete substrates – in cases where residual moisture is up to a maximum of 5% according to the CM method.

FTG Sanitary Grade Silicone

Caltra FTG Silicone is a sanitary grade premium quality, one part low modulus elastic sealant based on acetoxy curing polysiloxanes for sanitary and construction applications. The fast curing formulation exhibits excellent adhesion to baths, basins, shower enclosures, toilets, glass and glazed tile surrounds. After application FTG Silicone cures to provide a non-shrink, durable, waterproof elastic seal with low dirt pick-up and mould resistance. FTG silicone is available in a range of colours to complement FTG Flexible Tile Grout.

Rapid Tank 360

Rapid Tank 360 is easily applied, fast setting, flexible sealing slurry with an excellent bonding to mineral surfaces. Non- shrinking and crack-free setting.

The Rapid Tank 360 Sealing Slurry is completely watertight against positive and negative pressured water.

Permeable to vapour diffusion, impermeable to chlorides as well as resistant to frost and ageing. Effective CO2-Barrier. Crack bridging over 1mm even at lower temperatures.

Caltra SLC 100 is a floor smoothing underlayment which can be used on surfaces of concrete and sand/cement screeds prior to installation of floor coverings.

SLC 100 Self-Levelling Compound is a 1-part cementitious smoothing underlayment. It is manufactured from a controlled blend of special sands, cements and polymers and exhibits high
flow properties making it both self-levelling and smoothing. Self-Levelling Compound is suitable for levelling most common subfloors such as sand/cement screed and concrete.

LLC 200 – 2 Part Latex

LLC 200 is a 2-part latex floor smoothing underlayment. It is manufactured from a controlled blend of special sands, cements and low odour synthetic polymers to give a high quality flooring product with excellent flow and levelling characteristics. LLC 200 can be used to prepare most rigid surfaces prior to the installation of floor coverings such as vinyl, carpet and ceramic floor tiles. LLC 200 can be used on sub floors such as sand / cement screed, concrete, correctly prepared wooden floors, over underfloor and under tile heating, flooring grade asphalt and floors with minor adhesive residue contamination. LLC 200 is free from casein or other proteins and is therefore suitable for use in biologically sensitive areas.
