Low-emission polyurethane primer – a one-component fast-drying polyurethane primer designed for priming substrates before the application of polyurethane and hybrid parquet adhesives. It can also be used as a means to isolate residual moisture in substrates. Quick-drying and odourless, this PU360 Moisture Suppressant contains no solvents or water, binds dust and facilitates the application of parquet adhesives. Ideal for priming of absorbent and less absorbent substrates commonly found in construction prior to application of polyurethane (PU) and hybrid parquet adhesives. When applied twice, it provides a moisture barrier on cement and concrete substrates – in cases where residual moisture is up to a maximum of 5% according to the CM method.

Caltra Primer Grip 360 is a hybrid primer for the ultimate mechanical key. It is a high performance bonding agent specifically designed for tiling and flooring installations. Formulated with advanced polymers and special fine aggregate, it is a universal multi-purpose primer. Caltra Primer Grip 360 is designed to provide an improved mechanical key to all common absorbent and non-absorbent backgrounds including plaster, plasterboard, timber, concrete, epoxy DPM, flooring grade asphalt and glazed tiles. Caltra Primer Grip 360 is rapid drying and can be tiled over or levelled in as little as 15-20 minutes.

NP Keycoat

NP Keycoat is a high performance, water based, modified polymer primer. Supplied ready to use it is formulated for use on smooth and non-porous, demanding substrates prior to tiling or levelling. It is ideal for priming one coat DPMs, tiled floors and metal substrates. NP Keycoat can also be diluted for use on porous substrates as a general purpose primer to reduce the absorption of the substrate before applying tile adhesives and levelling compounds.

Acrylic Primer

Acrylic Primer is a ready to use primer for use on porous and difficult substrates prior to tiling or screeding, or to seal gypsum plasters or screeds prior to the addition of cement based adhesives.

It can be used neat when sealing substrates or diluted with an equal quantity of water for general priming.
