Caltra PM04 is a HAPAS approved two component multipurpose polyester resin mortar for rapid bedding and fixing of utility access cover and frames, highways ironwork, duct frames and precast concrete units. It is particularly suited for use in critical locations and heavily trafficked areas. Supplied as a two pack fast-setting mortar it has been formulated for ease of use and easy placement.

Manhole Bedding Mortar MBM 60

Caltra Highways MBM 60 is a HAPAS approved single component, rapid setting cementitious mortar for the bedding of street and highway ironwork conforming to BS EN 124.
It is manufactured from a controlled blend of specially selected aggregates, cements, and additives and only requires the addition of water to produce a high quality bedding layer which can be trafficked after one hour. MBM 60 is ideal for the rapid installation of Highway and residential manhole cover frames and similar ironwork drainage components and for the rapid installation of paving sets and flags and kerbs.

Meets the requirements for compressive strength in accordance with the MCHW, volume 1, series 500, clause 507 chambers, 44.

Manhole Bedding Mortar MBM534

Caltra Highways MBM 534 is a two component, high performance bedding mortar providing all the benefits of a resin based mortar with the ease of use associated with cement based mortars. It is suitable for use in the installation, raising and reinstatement of ironwork, up to and including installation Group 4 of BS EN 124 where rapid trafficking is required and has exceptional performance in wet weather conditions.

Manhole Backfill Concrete MBC10

Caltra Highways MBC10 is a HAPAS approved rapid strength concrete specifically formulated for the backfill of carriageway ironwork and haunching reinstatements, as well as post, sign, fence and barrier erection. MBC10 can also be mixed to a trowelable consistency for bedding or repair applications. It is manufactured from a controlled blend of specially selected cements, additives and aggregates to give exceptionally high early compressive and flexural strengths.

Meets the requirements for compressive strength and rapid construction in accordance with MCHW, volume 1, series 500, clause 507 chambers 44.

• Sets in 15min
• Over 20N/mm2 in 2 hours
• Waterproof packaging
